butt is to close to the grounds it needs to be 90 degrees from the ground. So more into a straight handstand. Maybe that will prevent you from getting into push up posistion
Yes, I agree with Lunatic. However, if you already have swipes and flare then I'm going to tell you that you must get more vertical with your legs so that you will have more hangtime for the catch. Also, to get used to it...practice elbow airflares. I can assure that they are WAY easier than regular airflares. Also, whip your legs harder and push off with are hand and your shoulder. Take my advice and you will progessively exceed. If anything...message me if you want. I'll train as best I can.

U'll have to do it faster, more spin before take a jump and definitly higher. Btw try to use ur right leg like a pendulum I mean through it higher.
