  • in the first try , when youare on one hand ready to hop, you should lean on your shoulders a little bit more to the side you are about to rotate. so you can gain more inertia from your legs. whydont you check gamblerz bruce lee tutorial. its clear there

  • butt is to close to the grounds it needs to be 90 degrees from the ground. So more into a straight handstand. Maybe that will prevent you from getting into push up posistion

  • Yes, I agree with Lunatic. However, if you already have swipes and flare then I'm going to tell you that you must get more vertical with your legs so that you will have more hangtime for the catch. Also, to get used to it...practice elbow airflares. I can assure that they are WAY easier than regular airflares. Also, whip your legs harder and push off with are hand and your shoulder. Take my advice and you will progessively exceed. If anything...message me if you want. I'll train as best I can.

  • nothing really bad about it, your form is perfect from the beginning, just see when you go onto your one hand about to flick over at 0:23 your fight leg needs to flick up and take you over, along with your hips need to torque up and pull you, your beginning is great, keep it up.

    he says while landing on your left side try to keep your right leg up until your left leg is through.
