What makes you racist idiots think that when something ends that's it it's over? 300 years of the psychological oppression of a slavery that included forced rape, incest and other inhumane treatment leaves a lasting affect of one's nature.
Many white people didn't become racist overnight. Many never became racist, which is why blacks, Native Americans and others received so much assistance from them in their strides for equal rights. There are a bunch of idiots on this blog who have never studied history.

Fredrick Douglas had the ear of the President during slavery times. He did great for himself. His race as a whole, still were in bondage. Should he have said,"Hey! Obama is a horrible President, and a bad role model. We need a good leader, who talks about the importance of family and doesn't lie.
I'm thinking someone like Mitt Romney ; )

@brian8793 Not a big fan of Romney in general though...definitely can't co-sign on that one. And Obama...well, he inherited a nation that was already in horrible condition, but I can't say I'm a hundred percent behind him either...but he does still have some time left in office...
It's not like I think any single president is capable of healing this nations ills though. That will take much more time.
