  • I love the book and the movie. It's easily one of the best books ever written in teh satire genre. I was just rereading this. It's so good.

I think Inigo is a really good character. I wish he got his own book.

  • I love this book! Simply because awesome was used to write it ^^ Though I will say I fell in love with the movie first.

  • Yes awsome was used ot write it awsome and romance and heroics and everything ever made that's good and even some things that are some times good but other times not liek cynisisim.

I did too. As I've lived with the movie since I was like 4. I was the dread pirate Roberts for halloween in 1st grade. Sadly everyone thought I was Zorro.

  • I'm just glad I didn't come off sounding like some know-it-all jerk. All the best and Merry Christmas!

  • No I like learning new things, mostly because I know what it feels like to be the know it all, and I love it! Happy Christmas!

  • A great review of The Princess Bride and it's always nice to hear a fan's opinion, but you should know that there is no S. Morgenstern. Sorry to shatter the illusion. He's just a narrative framing technique that William Goldman used to tell the story. If you don't believe me, read Goldman's "Which Lie Did I Tell", in which he recounts the inspiration and writing of the novel and the screenplay. But that aside, great review and keep up the good work!

  • Ha really? That explains a lot actually xD Thanks for commenting on my review. You also keep up your jolly business of reviewing. May others follow in your example. Cheers!
