If you actually watched all the footage the Tiah was ever in... she's never once, not once, done or said anything to be labeled a 'mean' or 'nasty' or 'arrogant.' She picks songs that require a bit of stage attitude and she sings them well. Even when the judges critiqued her audition she stood their silently, smiled, and listened.

But Caitlin says a catty, mean girl comment at the dinner table when Tiah gets up to go to the bathroom and everybody still thinks 'she's' apple pie.

They finally said yes not on her vocals or ability but because they wanted Simon to shut his mouth. Caitlin may not have stage presence but she has a way better voice. So far, Tiah has one of the best voices on the show and she will improve because the show is giving her the opportunity to get help from professionals. I've been watching X Factor since 2008 (The UK version, that is), and I usually don't agree with the judges on some part with their choice. In this case, I definitely agree. If it were me, I'd have put Tiah through because she just has a spark. She has something that makes you want to keep watching; it's just entrancing. That spark is what we call the "x" factor. It's unexplainable. It isn't the voice, or the personality, or the versatility. It's just that "something" that every good artist has
