I am no peta in face I believe peta is no different then the wildlife serial killers because they too claim to kill animals is to "save" animals although their killing does not involve immense pain and suffering.

Spare me your grocery bill excuses for how time consuming and money it takes to kill an animals, butcher it , dispose of body part you can buy tons of food at cheap cost . Also if you really that "poor" there are food salvage program and can eat for practically nothing.

Population "control" ? Is that way anytime I visit "deer management" website I see the word "produce" "provide", "fawn crops", "fawn recruits" and what is the definition of "recruit"? I am sure it has nothing to do with reduction or "control" . Also Deer Vehicle Accidents has gone up as the result of hunting.

BC will never work in free range deer, there are way to many of them. Go ahead and stick to your little parks in the city that have deer, stick to your cities that have deer in your back yards, and for the people that feed deer, they are at more fault then anyone for keeping the deer in thier area. I must say you failed miserably to combat a valid question when you responded by calling him an inbred. If I said all vegans take it in the butt would that do anything for my cause? No. So i respond with sensible comments unlike some of you have. And FYI venison is delicious, and its a huge part of the reason I hunt. It is illegal to waste the meat from harvested (or killed if you prefer) animals.

We need to save human lives and animals lives and deer birth control is the only way. DVA has gone up as the result of hunting..remember that.

That is why PA the largest wildlife killing states has the most the and the #1 in deer vehicle accident. And guess what else we have learned? That killing does not "reduce" lyme disease for PA is the one of the top 4 states for lyme disease.

In PA, in2004 there was about 410,000 deer killed, and in 2007 there was 323,070. That is about 84,000 more deer compairing a few years. More deer=more crashes, explain that for us. "Bingo"? LOL! Sorry but your comment is full of it! The fact is PA is a huge wildlife killing state but is the #1 in DVA and did you also know that they are one of the 4 states with the highest lyme disease. Which means hunting does not eliminate it but probably makes it worse.

I have been doing some research on the PZP immunocontraceptive. I do not doubted that it really works and that so far in the trial tests it has no long term affect on the deers health. The biggest problem that it faces now is how can we fund this program? For years this country has been making money off of hunters, Minnesota alone had over 500,000 hunters pay for a license to hunt deer. @$25 a license, we cant take away revenue for an expense

If I wanted "furry" I would have done canadian seal pups, puppies and kitten and I know I would not be harasssed by willdife killers but I chose the forest creatures because I love them. Are turkeys "cute"??
