One question, though; can you show us how you got past the glitch?
I just played it in the emulator virtuaNES and the game "worked" like it should. In virtuaNES you can also play the games in action52 that don't work on the cartridge.
I had heard VirtuaNES actually ran Alfredo and Jigsaw, but I didn't know it could "fix" Ooze as well. That does make me wonder, though, how that emulator does it, now that I think about it...Oh well, not going to lose sleep over it!
Actually, there are 2 roms circulating around. The less common one works on fewer emulators, but in return, Jigsaw, Alfredo and all stages of Ooze, They Came, Thrusters and Shooting Gallery work.
That was good, but Im sure you can't win it now cuz, 1, it's been 18 years (Im sure there was some kind of deadline) no one would have won cuz it glitches out on level 3, & 2, I think Active Enterprises wouldn't accept emulator use either. I know.... it's bull-shit!
The level design here is... actually, not bad, for once. If only the game would have some decent controls, it might've been OK...
