the other version were scarier ... this one got alot of shootouts with bad-gunfire-sounds

... perharps that was just a 'beta' thing... You would alrdy start in the hospital with an anoying tv and a pistol so you could shoot it

Not really, when you are low on health your screen goes red and if you survive for a few seconds you recover slightly. The soldiers drop small med kits and you have the big ones so it would be too easy if the health is constantly regenerating.
