  • Gaila died :(

  • ". . . errr whatever . . . " that's hardcore sincerity right there XD

  • Great video.

  • Proving that Kirk's a little racist - all green women look alike to him.

  • @jimbopumbapigsticks He's NOT a racist...just all kitty kat's look and feel the same. Give him a few beers before "getting some action" and he probably can't tell the difference between Nurse Chapel and Doctor McCoy.

  • Awww!!!! Poor Jim!! =( I feel bad for him! He can't apologize 'cause Gaila was on the USS Farragut (possibly one of the casualties), and he apologizes to the wrong person.

  • pauses after seeing a green woman xD Kirk alright

  • If anything, I think this makes Kirk look like even more of an ass...he's so shallow that he's apologizing to the wrong person just because she's green. Borderline racist if you ask me. Douche!

  • yep, she was on one of the first seven ships that got...ahem...BLOWN UP!

  • You have so many wonderful deleted scenes but you don't have the one brief moment I want! *pouts* theres a small deleted scene where Spock Prime walks passed Sarek and Sarek looks around because he sense Spock's presence.

  • Wasn't Gaila killed in the movie with the rest of the star Fleet Taskforce?

  • @FNGLHR Yep. That's the point. Lulz. It's just because they're both green with red hair... :3 Aahhh, he's such an arsehole, I love it. n_n

  • haha brill scene

  • The girl seems amused 

  • How could he apologizes on her ? She was on one of the ships the Narada destroys

  • @carnage2681 It was before they knew the ships were destroyed.

  • Why did they cut that out?

  • Classic!

  • Gaila's dead, Jim.

  • @jimbopumbapigsticks OMG YOU'RE RIGHT!

  • This sene proves that the new Kirk is a speciest JERK who will do anything to get his way. The real Kirk (age25) was a book worm who respected all races.

  • @BondFreek WRONG

  • @yabetterbringit How am I wrong? Prove it. Don't just get mad and yell "WRONG".

  • that was actually really good

  • ohh hes soo sexy!

  • @spectre0075 or, maybe it did happen, we just didn't see it, like mccoy changing uniforms while kirk was asleep, which, if u ask me, i would've loved to see since i love karl urban and his body...

  • xD even futuristic technology doesnt get rid of thee akwardddsss diseases haha

  • Kirk is a racist, if they're not white he can't tell them apart.

  • @Duotwk Speciest different species not race

  • @Treize132 Does that make him a specieist? lol :O

  • @Duotwk And if Wesley Crusher couldn't tell one Benzite from another, is he racist?

  • @Potrimpo Benzites are almost completely identical. Especially the two he met. "We are from the same genome" AKA family. "Naturally we look alike." But The Two green women in this movie don't look anything alike; they don't even have the same color hair. The New Kirk is a bigot and a self serving ASS HOLE! The real Kirk put his crew ahead of himself and only broke regulations when he knew 100% that it was the only way to save the day.

  • Wow Kirk, don't you just look like a dick. xD

  • Ughh I hate the way the JJ Orion girls have the awful Ronald Mcdonald red hair. The classic black hair looks sooo much better with the dusky complexion, even if that complexion is green.

  • D'OH

  • didn't Gaila ... DIE when the farragut was destroyed?

  • lmao

  • looks nothing like Gaila....lol

  • actually this comes off as quite racist(or specist) so it is good they removed it. He couldn't tell two green skinned girls apart? yeah .... not so nice man.

  • @kuryamtl or maybe he just sleeps with so many girls its hard for him to remember... OR it could be his recent head trauma. whos the racist now?!

  • You really need to know the women you fuck Kirk. That is rule number one of being a pimp. Know your hoes...

  • I love Pine's Kirk so much there's nothing else I can say about him anyway thanks for posting this up

  • I think hed do a gooood joker...... the way he acted in this scene, imagine him with the joker make up hed bee goooooood......

  • Why oh why did they cut THIS??!! This is SO Kirk (2009)!!

  • she hulk!

  • lol "you're not gaila are you?" haha

  • fucking ridiculous, why the hell did they cut this scene out of the movie???!?! its 1 of the few scenes that shows some emotion beyond cockyness

  • If they had given him Hazel-contact lenses or something, he would be Kirk.

  • @Bla31n i agree. they should have given him hazel eyes. and they should have given urban the blue eyes for mccoy.

  • @vampirelove75 I thought Urban looked a lot more like Gary Mitchell.

  • Lol at least he's sincere.

  • LOL! That is amazing! They should have added this to the movie!

  • Hahaha, why wasn't this in the movie? Lmao. I know she died, but still. Hahahaha. I love Kirk. He's the man.

  • @Aliceinyaoiland

According to "memory alpha" it is not clear if she died or not. The movie did not tell us to which ship the orion girl was assigned to. Maybe she was on the enterprise, who knows?

There are rumors that the writers want to use her in the next movie again.

  • this actor is awful. o.o

in my opinion of course. >.>

  • OMG LOL!!!

    AAAAWKWAAAARD!

  • What? We all look alike to you?!

  • AHAH LOLLL

The one time where his kindness actually shows in a more obvious and 'average' way fails lolll

  • 0:06 is that micoy??? or spock??

  • ha ha ha. that shit has happened to me before ha ha

  • No I'm glad they cut this scene because it is a reminder that she died :(

  • this is hilarious!!

  • Gaila was assigned to the USS Farragut that was destroyed by the Narada.

  • This is hilarious! why'd they cut it?

  • Kirks not a bigot......hes just an idiot.

  • @Azriel637 I disagree. It could be he hoped it was her. Because the alternative is... she is dead.

And maybe he didn't want to think about it.

    àJust a possibility :)

  • I hope they bring back Gaila. She'd be a fun minor character to keep for the other movies.

  • They can't bring her back, she was in one of the other ships that was destoyed...wait! I forgot that this is Star Trek. Yeah, they could bring her back. :)

  • @steve70196 She died, man.

  • @jimbopumbapigsticks You're probably right, but I hope not. The movie didn't make it clear which ship she was assigned to......plus, in scifi, they always find a way to bring dead characters back.

  • @steve70196 Pretty sure she was assigned to the Farragut or some other ship. Not that it matters, since all the ships apart from the Enterprise were destroyed. Maybe they'll introduce her goateed evil twin or something.

  • Not all orions look the same, Kirk. tsktsk.

  • I feel sorry for Diora Baird that this got cut since she'd talked about her cameo in lots of interviews.

  • It seems all the scenes with character development were cut from this film and it's a shame. We don't always need action and lens flares. A scene like this actually makes Kirk a respectable person and someone who learns from mistakes.

  • Yeah, I agree. Kirk comes across as a cocky arrogant kid even though we know he's not a "bad" person at all. It's nice to see this side of him that's sincere enough to apologize to a woman, realizing he abused her trust.

Lol, at least we know she's not Christine Chapel!

  • @Rosefire Oh dear, he just wanted to sleep with her, he couldn't give a shite about abusing her trust! If he cared about anything but her body he would have spent enough time looking at her face to recognize her!

  • no he just wants to get some

  • @eepruls

I was thinking the same. It's as if they cut out all deep scenes so at the end we just got another "visually impressive but otherwise hollow" movie.

  • @eepruls

Yes i agree that it was a mistake to cut out most of the character scenes.

HOwever this is the only scene, which i think is totally redundant. WE don't see any reactions from Gaila in the "Simulator scene". She did not seem angry about this. Just confused . So kirk has not to say sorry to her

  • @eepruls you've seen the scene. shut up complaining. The general public aren't interested in the back story of the characters and the fans can watch the deleted scenes. It's win-win

  • @rabbitwho Telling someone to shut up is classless. We're having a discussion.

  • @eepruls You didn't like being told to stop complaining? That's all you can say? Really?

  • @eepruls : Well actually, they cut out the entire plotline with him using Gaila to plan the bug in the test's programming because it made the producers HATE Kirk's character. So this scene was completely unnecessary.

  • @aangelangel189 True. Very true.

  • @aangelangel189 Yeah, I also thought it was unnecessary. And the producers are right. Kirk may be an cocky playboy, but I don't see him as such an asshole that he would go out of his way to use someone/abuse their trust. They should have gone with what the novel said, that he knew how to hack the system because Gaila talked in her sleep.

  • @eepruls And then still shows his frailty by apologizing to someone who looks like the girl he hooked up with XD

  • @eepruls a lot of us CRAVE it... it's the only thing that gets us through this miserable existence... and is THAT the green space chick he was banging in Uhura's apartment? O_o
