Bionic battled Salah at UK BBoy Champs 2007 and lost. I think Bionic got better since this battle, though... I can't really tell without the original music either.

I've seen the original of this battle about 7-8 years ago, it was Rock Force Crew(USA) Vs The Family(France). From memory the popping battle was a prelude to the main bboy battle.
Rock Force beat The Family at BOTY 1998 and the Family wanted a rematch.

Yeah this battle was the rematch, The Family were pissed off about the BOTY result ( they came 2nd to Rock Force Crew) and wanted to rematch. I can't remember which crew won the rematch tho. BTW I think it had a different song in the original vid but I do recall the audio was pretty bad so that's probably why it's been dubbed over :)
This was the rematch. The original audio that went with the vid was quite poor so maybe that's why it's been dubbed over. But i remember the organ donor was playing during the intro of the video and it was the first time i heard it, mind blowing :P
Although salah is one of my all time favorites, bionic had some crazy moves back then giving salah a run for his money. In regards to the whole hyun joon stuff, he's really good (one of the most respected actually) but i dont see him as a truly innovative dancer.

Salah wins because the crowd likes it. In a dance competition, its the crowd and the judges who decide who wins, not the dancers.

Next time PLEASE put a song that goes with the dancing styles in the video shown. This song is good, but its a "TOTAL CONTRAST" to the dancing style of what is shown. Good dancing is only 1 part. Good dancing to what song is being playing is a whole new level. Please understand
