@shimik11 A few reasons.. damage spread is off unlike public servers which means bullet pellets and rockets do a set amount of damage, bullets don't spread unlike public servers, no random critical hits.

@DingTendo Spies are too slow, too weak and too obvious to be used very practically in traditional 6v6 gameplay. With the demo/scout/solly/medic combo, you have the 4 fastest classes (due to sticky/rocket jumping) with the highest damage output.

Alot of them were great, especially 1# but the bests of the month? you cant say they r the best...alot of people who compete think they r great, but people only playing in public servers can be just as good if not better - its just funnier to play in public for me...6vs6 sucks...12vs12 rules.

12v12 or those horrid 16v16 servers either turn into a spamfest or everyone ends up stacking one class.

People constantly try to compare themselves to the competitive players because they make it look easy, but I'll tell you what, it definitely isn't.

All aimbots. I don't care how good you are, it is impossible to be that accurate in a Spray and Play type shooter. I got through all games with precise accuracy but in TF2 I hardly get a shot.

I'm good in all shooters, but TF2, all you need to do to be good is run around with the fire button held down and go grab dropped weapons. Thats all you do, my friends that play it do the same thing. Also if someone is doing bad, they go Pyro.

@demoninuyasha639 It's actually really common to see airshots and stuff like this in regular play. Once you play a game for 2000+ hours, you start picking up tracking and stuff like this.

How is TF2 a spray and pray type shooter? It's based off of a Quake mod, and Quake is one of the most precise, aim-based shooters.
