I believe that the reason they communicate each other with English has kinda symbolic meaning behind it...The first, cuz they happened to start conversation with English accidentally by writing "Help" and "Hello"...And the second, cuz they are outsiders who were isolated either by their own will or society...That makes them "Aliens"...Aliens communicate each other with different language...So why not English in Korea?...Catch my drift?...That's director's intention,I think...

One of greatest movies i ever seen in very long long time...At the end of the movie, You can't help but cheering for those two main characters with all your heart...and you start to look at " The Life " itself little different...Magical...

this trailer is terrible.... They try to force it into the generic romantic comedy mold when it is actually too dynamic and quirky to label. watch the movie and you won't be dissapointed.

@notthere83 quirky may have been a bad word to describte the movie. It isn't quirky in that annoying self-aware indie way. When this movie tries to be creative and surreal it succeeds without feeling forced

and the movie really doesn't get great until he has settled down on the island and both sides of the story start to kick into gear. Both of the actors did a great job and by the end of the movie I was surpised how much I had invested in the characters emotionally.

a very funny realistic yet tragic story

i love this alot because it reflect the real world

instead like some miracle happen and bring him back to city wadsoever

it shows a realistic side of how human will deal with people like that and how the real thoughts of that people is shown to us clearly and good
