  • I'm gonna show Glenn this Friday when I see him. He works the Front Desk at La Habra 300, where he shot the famous 900 series.

  • The vintage professional bowlers are a study in technique and good sportsmanship, something the current-day bowler has no interest in. To watch a professional bowler of Glenn Allison's generation and compare them with todays crop of PBA buffoons makes one wonder if they're both playing the same game. I believe I have the answer. They're not.

  • Amazing -- one of the best finishes I've ever seen!

  • Five days ago, I did EXACTLY what Bus Oswalt did at 5:31 to eliminate myself from a sweeper :(

  • Go Grandpa!

    Love You!

  • What an exciting match... Thanks for posting this! I'm always happy to see Glenn Allison, he's one of my heroes in the bowling world.

  • Exiting finish.

  • I wonder which pin you all would opt to go for if you were in the situation Glenn Allison was faced with in the 10th?

  • Like most right-handers, I would go for... um, the one on the left. (I don't want to be a "spoiler" and give away the ending ;) ).

  • I normally go hard and straight after the 10, but, in retrospect, it doesn't really matter. Just as long as you hit one of them and knock it down...lol!!!!

  • I think my favorite part about these ESPN matches are where Durbin yells OOOOH!! Like at 7:46

  • haha!!! : D

    Yeah that was great!!!

  • @StickTweedles87 He did the same for Bus Oswalt at 1:33 as well :)

  • Unbelievable finish!!!

  • Agreed 100%
