Really, they torture people INTO confessing, no matter if they did anything. Like those guys in G. Bay, they confessed to following the Taliban when they hadn't and later proved they hadn't. 1. Over 90% of the world's intelligence and military departments don't BOTHER with waterboarding or stress positions.

They simply bring the terrorist suspect down to a basement and 5 or 6 men with clubs beat him senseless.
