I'm saying this as a republican - This ad exploits 9/11 in a wrong way. I'm pretty sure liberals don't wont wire taps, and personally I can't care less. I don't like that we use fear tactics to get votes but the democrats do the same thing. In some midwestern state, they had that famous stem cell ad (and I am for stem cell research) but not for fear tactics.

FACT: the law RIGHT NOW allows wiretapping to take place WITHOUT A WARRANT.
FACT: There's no paperwork involved with starting a wiretap.
FACT: The NSA can obtain a WARRANT UP TO 72 HOURS AFTER STARTING A WIRETAP.
FACT: These warrants are secret, and issued by a secret court, so our enemies don't know they're being wiretapped.
