the last one with the elevater me and my friends were doing that mission on veteran a few weeks after it came out so we could get the weekly challange and we jammed the warthog in the door well i pressed the button for the elevator on accident and the warthog blew up killing the 3 of us in the elevator and we respawned next to our friend outside of the elevator but the elevator was closed and had already gone up with kat and etc.^^
