i would rather be the skinny guy. actually i used to be that skinny then one day i started getting bigger even though i wasnt lifting weights but just running. went from 6ft2 1/2 170 pounds to 6ft3 192 pounds in a year. im skinnier than the after guy in this video and bigger than the really skinny guy but i dont lift weights. i play a lot of basketball. 8 hours a day every two or three days all im doing is practising basketball. i wish i was as skinny as the before guy in this video
