Doing my acl surgery tomorrow...I'm a hard core surfer and can't wait to get back in the water...your videos have been an amazing guide...and a source of hope. Thanks a ton! by the way...are you back to a 100 percent yet?
@windigos How did your surgery go? I tore my ACL and meniscus doing gymnastics in March, and finally got my reconstruction on Monday! Can't wait to finally get it sorted!
@jamborino went great! how bout you?...I've got one of those Game Ready ice machines and it's been super helpful...just can't wait to get back into the water in a couple months...good luck and keep me posted!
@windigos Hey i think i had my surgery the same time as you?? I am exactly 2months Post-Op Today Wednesday 11/3/10..It feels like 4ever tho i just wanna run honestly But i cant Yet..Hope all went well with you
@windigos Well I'm 9 weeks post-op today. Had another check up with my surgeon. Was on crutches for 8 weeks, but was actually weight bearing after about 3 weeks. Got full range of movement back now, and no instablity.
I have got a lot of grinding going on, but thats because I had nearly 90% of the cartilage removed, and also managed to put a hole in the bone surface or my femur.
Been told it'll be another couple of months before I can start physio tho.
it looks like hes learning karate :D

@siongpao Well, after 9 months your knee is meant to be fully recovered and back to it usual state (before anything was ever wrong with it).
