Great news. Hopefully there will soon be a big enough block of liberty-minded people in the house that no law can get passed without the liberty vote.
I'm willing to bet heavily that when all these guys get into these offices and people start to see how much better their lives are for it, that they will keep their seats as long as the state exists.
You got 12% without campaigning! What would have happened had you campaigned?
Are you relieved you didn't? You might have been elected!
You'd have to start reporting on your own errors in government, and hope someone else noticed and reported your successes. That'd be awkward, wouldn't it?
This is good news Dave. Mass just beat NH to the marijuana freedoms (liberal state) but they didn't get rid of the state tax which is slightly better for NH people, but I'm not sure just how much. Still sucks down here. I'll be there soon, and I'll be able to support liberty minded people. My challenge is that I see far more success being made OUTSIDE the system... not yet sure... we'll see.
What would happen if suddenly a pile of you, who get elected, post election, change (all together, to the Libertarian Party? you would likely have to get a higher percentage, or amybe not.
Ridley - running as a democrat made sense in 2006 and 2008. But that might change by 2010 and 2012. The Republican Party SHOULD rebuild itself like it did when Clinton won.
Did ANYONE, every tell you that you are a True, True , Ass hole....? Well I am.

Morey just 4% but don't be confused by that. Sometimes you only need 12%-15% to win in NH state rep races because of the way things are setup.

But Ridley, I never got to see part 5 of the Free Staters and the cops at Freedom Fest.
And I never got to see part 2 of the video about the SPCA and the Freestaters. Please put those videos out.

Newell could have had 4%.. but there was no campaign.
They could have said 'Lynch is going to win.. give Liberty Sue a chance'
Those signs would have helped.

I wonder why they have to restructure? Why can't they just holdfast to principle?

Great analysis, I try and tell people we need to take the Republican Party and stop wasting time with the third party suicide pacts.
