My mother is fae Glennfinn. Co.Donegal Eire n my father fae Kelty, Fife Scotland. I grew up with this band n many more Irish n Scots music legends. It amazes me I can find anytin I want via youtube. He sings it with much more feeling now, with the Dubliners, (the only version T-mobile gives me on my phone!!) Probably sung better when the "Mind is full of memories...." - was it originally a children's song, Haunting Childrens' Rhymes etc -

I have this concert on tape. I Watched it yesterday for the first time in almost 20 years. I always thought they were a great band, and didn't get the correct amount of fame they deserved.

patsy and sean had been together for a very long time,in fact they were in the original quare fellas!!back in the sixties.The ramblers were an outstanding live band and they did not get the coverage they deserved at the time.
