that video reminds me of what great music the who created! "Magic Bus" is brilliant! I love the who, my life would have been different without them ...
Not bad, although you make these chord progressions look difficult.
There is a lack of spirit in your playing which is partly down to experience but mainly down to your guitar which is tuned a half step too high. This is forcing you to play at the G#/Ab position therefore giving you a different range of tones and techniques resulting in a simplified rendition.
Excuse my earlier post I obviously meant the studio version of Magic Bus on "Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy" not "My Generation" since the song was written in '68 not '65.
Sounds great. Interesting that you chose the studio version. I like both the studio and live versions but the one on My Generation has more of the Bo Diddely feel which you brought out well here. Maybe you should try covering one of the many live versions of this song. They vary from show to show but generally are in A and go: A-D-Dsus4-D sometimes with a G root note thrown in.
every time i wanna hear this song i find myself on this video. i love the way you play it. do you have the studio version of the song (like the who's recording?)
Being a major Who fan, I'd say this is a greattt job man. It sounds awesome. Obviously the two other people below don't know that much. Keep on rockin!
Solid, but that tone is a bit too much...and what would be really good is if you did it the way they usually do live. (That's in A though, not C, which I think the studio single was in)
fychen bubs, i love it

Amazing. If your guitar was quieter, it'd be better the original.

Would have been amazing if you were playing acoustic, but you made it sound pretty damn well for being an electric guitar.

Actually, it was written at the time of My Generation, but it didn't surface until 1968. I will do a live version soon
