I've heard she actually dislocates both her shoulders after she steps through her arms to bring them back over her head and to the front. Go Amanda!!! We miss you!!!
It's hard to believe her wrists are bound through most of the dance so she isn't using her arms for balance. and at the end, she is doing 2 feute (sp?) turns per second. GO AMANDA!!!
