To make the bacfkground layer across all the frames you can click hide the layer and then click again to unhide. For some reason that makes the background layer appear in all the layers.

Despite the really lousy tip on how to fill a layer with a colour, the tutorial is great! (Seriously, have you never heard of keyboard shortcuts before? Sure they are not very handy in video tutorials, but to fill a background layer by "clicking numerous times to ensure it's all white" is just not a very good tip ^^)

@xBris It wasn't a tip, actually. It was just how I decided to fill the background. I guess it's a question of habits. I use shortcuts for some things but not for others. Thx for the comment.

Take a look at a warp software called Raid from nexpixel. It can do sort of same thing easily and also add your own sound. The recording mode is even cool. Just drag the dots while music being played in background, it records everything animation and sound. Very fun to work with.

I cant save the any gif files for some reason........ This has always been a problem for me. Does anyone know whats happening>? It gives me an error when I try and open the file from my desktop it says " windows cannot find C:users/eric/desktop/image1. Make sure you typed the name correctly then try again"

Did you try clicking on the little arrow to see the different tools available to you? Hold down the shift key and press the W key repeatedly until you get the magic wand tool.

There's no reason why all the tools would not be there. thx.

You have to select the save for web and mobile devices or push ALT+SHIFT+CTRL+S

and push save on the window that pops up

Great tutorial, but its one problem for me to create more advanced animation.

Photoshop do not remember the points if You create a next layer (CTRL+J) to make a next picture movement.

This is very hard because You have to add all points from the begining. And it happens every time You want to make a next move on the next layer.

Do You know a solution how to boost it up ?

Really all you need is two layers, the head up, and the head down. Add frame and keep hiding and showing the layers for every other frame.

Not sure what you mean by lines. Do you have "show mesh" activated in the toolbar? It's the only thing that comes to mind.
