  • If a 36 yearold, able bodied fellow with no kids, 2nd grade dropout (home schooled) formally self employed trash picker (less then 7 weeks lifetime of employment), who is just plain lazy & desired an early retirement; being welfare savvy gave you $5,000 cash monetary recompense, Could you ensure that he would become eligible or "eligible" for SSI? I'm very serious about this yet I have no medical history, only a 1/2" arm discrepancy & was verbally denied in 2000. I want to be a bum~can you help?
