I know a loser that was doing this at a racetrack and ended up killing his father in law when he lost control of the bike...it hit him and killed him. The guy got charged with reckless endangerment and he beet the manslaughter conviction on a technicality. It happened at Lake Erie Speedway a few years back during a meet and greet.
