the catch and release of a serial killer is really great concept in a revenge theme movie, the avenger wants to torture the killer physically and psychologically by making him to taste his own medicine, he really wants him feel fear and remorse for slaying his fiance, then kill him afterward!

Have heard of 9 Killers. It is a Spaghetti Western/ horror, film in Germany. That is a gory film.
