@xAlpha0Wolfx All depends on what you're animating. If you're animating a run cycle, then yes, you have to redraw /nearly/ every frame (Some things can be left the same, like the cats muzzle, unless if you want to show it huffing out air). If you're animating a blink cycle, then obviously all you have to do is change the eyes. And as for not knowing what to animate, simply google it or check youtube. I've seen plenty of great tutorials online that would certainly help.

IT is actually fairly easy to animate with paint, but it just takes more effort to make each movement if you don't know how to do it properly

you should download gimp. its like a free version of photoshop and its alot easyer to use than paint. and you dont have to save each picture seperatly to make an animation on WMM, you can save it as a AVI (: thats what were using for our series :3

to make an animation in ms paint requires a shit load of frames, in other word you have to draw alotemphasis on alot.

a somewhat smooth animation is like 20 frames a second so a 2 minute animation is 2400 frames. if you have time go ahead.

How come whenever I save my frames/ drawings on MS Paint, it always comes out pixely?!?! Some people told me 'save it as .png it won't go blurry' because I originally saved it as .jpg... but, .png AND .jpg BOTH make my drawings all burry and pixely after I've saved them.. :s

just with each frame, move everything about an inch across the screen, and in movie maker, go 2 the timeline, make it as short as you can go, then go to story board then effects, and add the speed up 2x to the frame twice
