I have just purchased one,
When I cannot my USB hard drive the player trys to load then crashes
I have updated latest firmware still crashes

hi...i've this icy box...and maybe u can help me...the box cannot recongize the 500 gb hd that i've installed into it...i don't have fortmatted the hd...can this be the problem???

i agree with PacManJulie UI is awful...looks like hard work to me!! i have WDTV and its way better than that!

terrible UI.. take a look at apple .. people WILL pay twice the price for better UI. ALso the WD TV is better as afar as I tell.
