@TheFootballstar214 Yeah, those stage lights are really hot when they are close in a small venue, but too much liquid, sugar of all types (fruit and dried fruit with sulfites-usually undisclosed), spices, meats with the previous in them, and alcohol can make you sweaty too. And an undershirt helps, which sounds counter-intuitive. Little tricks I learned doing trail guiding on hot days in wool pants in Missouri.
