These are a good unit, lots of these in use up in BC, fewer and fewer guys are using tank drills or air tracs, mostly these, Copcos and excavator drills.
YARRRRRRRR!!!! the big ol 800...just like runnin a caddy...the ol air tracks ya use to have to stand outside int he rain and load your steal by hand.. now that was a fuckin workout.
@TipsyBobMcMayday i dont mind the atlas copcos..but i find they are very tricky in rough ground. but they are definalty a great machine. hausherr vixen dont think i ever seen one of them rigs. ya get spoiled when your in a cab not doing nothing only having to push buttons..lol
LOL, Hausherr were originally a German company, but a UK company bought them. They are by no means the best rigs, still have to pull the Compressor behide u. 15 years and never worked a cab drill, bar the hausherr Viper. Hoping to move to France and drilling, they have Tamrocks like this, i love the rotational unit idea. Can it rotate 360?

Yea, i still have to manually load the drill rods by hand. Currently using a Hausherr Vixen. Would love an Atlas L6.

Ive been on equipment that has sat out under power lines and it would arc fire when you would go to grab the handle to your finger.
