Firstly, The American FCC has not ruled that one cannot use the so-called "banned words" onthe internet (unless you had done so by choice).

I live in snooty San Francisco. No one here I discovered wants to do this sort of stuff. No pooping in pants fantasies, no milk contests, only fear and hostility towards one another, especially against non-caucasians, gays, and older people.

I have tried onece to show up for a milk contest at a local park -- I was the only one who showed up! No one else!
