Less than a ton over on the drives....did you have both the fifth AND the trailer tandem all the way forward? Wouldn't that take the weight away from the drives? How close did you end up getting it and I assume you only had the fifth all the way forward?
I start school next month. I see the dowfall sin trucking but I love to drive and can't wait to hit the road. Any advice?
By the way, you have a great outlook and disposition on life it seems. I like to think I do as well and that can be an asset it seems in the trucking world.

i liked how you used that song halfway through the vid...kind of smoothed and calmed things down a bit. yes, it does get hectic out here...especially when you're doing local work and know you have to go home at a certain time or your next day's dispatch will be all screwed up.
i'm a driver for scheider too BTW (an IC)and have been to the gary OC in indiana.
I love these videos. I think you could lose the bass line and other music when there's other audio like you talking or fiddling with the radio. Otherwise the music is great, like when you're driving down the road or waiting interminably for something to happen.

Go back and listen to the music in Brenda's 'Quaker Land' and 'Amish World' videos (among others), maybe you will change your mind.

Preach Ms. Brenda!! The shippers try to push every bit of freight they can. They are not considerate of the headache, time, and money they are costing the driver to fix their "mistakes". Remember that the good days outweigh the bad. Stay safe and be blessed my friend!
