How is Warhammer Online? I've never played Wow but I thought about picking this one up.

It's fun...

The PvP-part is great and the main part of the game.

The PvE-part (level 1-39) is average, but comes up to classical WoW.

it's the game with the best PvP.

if you want non stop PvP its the game for you.

it's going well,sure it has not millions and millions of players but a solid community.

Are the Skaven friendly to Destrouction because they are part of chaos?

Not really...

A part of the warpwind-clan and apparently clan moulder are friendly to Destruction. A delegate of clan moulder is standing in a chaos camp (chapter 17) and the green cave in the video shows a hideout of the warpwind-clan (west praag). All other skavens are hostile.

They aren't a part of chaos either but they worship a lower chaos god (horned rat).
