movie plot is like this: a bunch of mercs has to prevent WW III and the end of civilization as we know it by taking out a dictator of some asian country who has some WMDs in his power. He has a plan to activate them using an alliance with some underground criminal organization.

*spoiled ending* WW III couldn't be avoided, humanity is almost wiped out, chuck norris is the last man in earth, then he manages to finds a couple of female survivors. A new age of greatness awaits for humanity!
