  • finna dur, finna dur, finna dur, finna dur, etc.

  • another another another another another another another another another... ???

Anyway, that aside I cannot wait to see this thing in action!

  • @lobsterbox20 Just have to rig up some sort of 6v battery, and it should go. Hasn't been powered up for a good 5 years, though, so I'll have to cross my fingers.

  • @lobsterbox20 roflmao. at first i thought it was my computer. looks like someones computer had a hard time compressing the video. LOL

  • Was the repeating "another" from 1:25 to 2:08 in the video intentional?

  • @vwestlife no i got it to

  • @vwestlife No. My computer did that when it was encoding the video for some reason. I still need to mess with the settings on my camcorder and my editing software and figure out why it's doing that.

  • Interesting. It definitely is backlit, and being model 5120, from an Apple engineer, and having that interesting circuit board design, it could very well be a prototype.

How come you put a random 6V cell in the battery?

  • @CPQ5360 Not sure if he was an engineer... he said he "worked for apple" for all I know, he could've been a janitor.

The original battery is 6 volts, and that cell was from an old UPS I tore apart and happened to have it laying around the house, and it fit in the Apple housing pretty good, so I used it. It didn't have much life left in it when I did that around 8 years ago, but it was enough for it to power up. it's totally shot now.

  • @general0ne Ohhhh, okay, first of all, I thought the original battery was 12 volts, second, I thought you had just recently put the cell in, for this video. lol
