My little sister has MS and we just found out this year. She's been having alot of trouble with going blind on one eye and not feeling herself anymore...but she is just as strong as you are. She goes on and makes the best out of what she has at the point. She is also extremely witty and funny, even if she seems "mean" sometimes. My favorite teacher Dr. Quarles has MS...I find it really inspiring how he always insists on getting up on his own. He is such a wonderful man. Although I doubt you want my sympathy, I think you are a strong woman too Justine. You are an inspiration to us all.

As for the sponge bath. I would totally go back to the eighties in a time machine so I could get some Strawberry Shortcake body wash and I would use that. I used to love the way that smelled.

My mom recently had a second MS exacerbation and it was really hard on my family. She's been okay for the last ten years but this is the first time its affected us (she couldnt walk for the first couple days and couldn't use her arm for a few weeks but she is a lot better now, able to walk and about 80% better in her arm). But it was really hard for a while and I just wanted to let you know I thought of you/am thinking of you and I hope that you feel better :)

I am anemic, have mild tourrettes, asthma, and peanut allergies. A couple of weeks ago i ate a peanut and went to the hospital, they gave me a veru uncomfortable iv and SRERROIDS. I hate those. But..if I was to give you a bath, I would use a loufa and lush soap because that's the best kind..with a bath bomb :)

The latest news I heard about ms and eczema etc is that people with these conditions have got some bacteria or worm missing from they body or system. In the 60's and 70's the governments or medics went mad on removing natural bacteria they did not fully understand. So it might be possible to get rid of some conditions by reintroducing the missing stuff.
