  • f.y.i. your all a bunch of douches!

  • he is one of the most overrated drummer on the earth. John Bonham, Kieth Moon, Mike Portnoy, Nicko Mc Brain, Frankie Benali is awesome drummers. Of the drummers from the big 4, Lars is a lame MF, and James Hatfield have had one drummer, a summer when Lars wasn't playing due to a broken arm, when he was happy over the drumming. Who filled in for Lars? Oh, yes, Dave Lombardo.

  • @spiidy75 You forgot Neil Peart. Oh and Rick Allen lost his arm and kept on drumming for Def Leppard. Interesting fact comparing to Lars.

  • @KillerfulProducts Hats of for you, Rick Allen is amazing with his arm and feets. Niel Peart is amazing as well. Marky Ramone does one thing that the whole Metal scene does not, plays 4/4 beat to Shena is a punkrocker live and the song is 1 minute faster than the studio recording.

  • Orininally recorded with London, Don´t Cry Wolf Album!!!

  • Was expecting a cover. Looks like I just don't know shit about WASP.

  • well , I admit I was thinking metalica , but what we have to keep in mind here is wasp was before metalica.

actually I would call james hatfield a hack compared to steve ( blackie )

  • @azkeyz Hetfield is far for a hack they have compleatly different styles and instruments for that matter i know blackie plays guitar too

  • This song from a band in early '80s called London. A band with Blackie Lawless, Nikki Sixx and Nadir D'Priest. It was one of their songs, same lyrics and music. Damn good song!

  • who the hell told that this is a cover of metallica? man this is really different, they're both great songs. And this IS FUCKING AMAZING!

  • What album is this on?

  • @celticattack this is from the ep Mean Man, a b-side along with locomotive breath. And Mean Man is from the headless children from 89.

  • Stop fucking talking about Metallica!

  • I think "The Gypsy Meets The Boy" is based on that song, cause this one was before the song on Crimson Idol, put on a B-Side Single.

  • @95holydiver yes the gypsy meets the boy is based on this with a little different lyrics.

  • Awwh, i was hoping it would be a Metallica cover :(

  • @younghatter Metallica is lame VS W.A.S.P. thou.

  • Too better W.A.S.P. version than Metallica's!!!!!

  • @Cok94 It's not a version of Metallica: Metallicas for Whom is based on the Hemmingway Novel with the same name. This one has only the title in common with Metallica's song.

  • @spiidy75 Woooohoooo has arrived Mr. intelligence! I well know this but I prefer too the W.A.S.P. version!

  • i love ur videos

  • great song, I love it!

can't wait to see W.A.S.P. live next week!

  • yeah, its not the metallica song, but it is the exact same thing as "the gypsy meets the boy" by wasp...

  • @jumbaliahVITO Or is it the Gypsy meets the boy that is a rip of from this one? This one is recorded in this version in '89 and in the Idol version in '92.

  • hey WASPQueen you rule!

  • Sooooooooo much better than Metallica's version.

  • @KISSfanegm666 actually they both got their name off the book/old movie. W.A.S.P. didn't copy Metallica's, they are two completely obviously different songs. Metallica's song by the same name I also happen to like quite a bit better being a HUGE Metallica fan yet also a W.A.S.P. fan.

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 Metallica sucks dick comparedto WASP. Shows me what type of person you are.

  • @ContraCommando You don't know me yet asume you actually know more about me than that I like 2 80s bands, shows me what type of person you are. a stereotyper!!! Metallica is actually quite talented, well known, and like the least underrated band in the world. W.A.S.P. is a much greater influence on my musical style I must say. Blackies voice is fuckin amazing!!! I listen to W.A.S.P. more than Metallica and i would much rather see W.A.S.P. in concert. my favorite band is Megadeth so you fail!!!!!

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 Well Megadeth is one of the greatest. Metallica are sellouts. Please tell me that you don't consider a shit album like their last two to be metal.

  • @ContraCommando I thoroughly Enjoyed Deathmagnetic. I wassnt impressed with St. Anger though but I DO consider them metal I'm afraid. I dont consider Load and Reload to be metal. those are just rock. anyway I liked quite a bit of St. Anger, I just found some vocals on half the album to be unbearably awkward sounding. I like Metallicas 1988 album to be their best for sure, but I love every album except their last to which I kinda like and really like but neither are AMAZING ALBUMS.

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 They have not been thrash since And Justice For All. Everything after that is too huge of a departure to be considered true metal. I can't see how you enjoyed St. Anger if you are a fan of Metallica. I did not like one song off that album. Death Magnetic was also weak and was not worthy of their first albums. BTW metal going punk or vice versa is not always bad. Suicidal Tendencies, DRI, and Cro-Mags are proof.

  • @ContraCommando dude You missing my points completely, misunderstanding of the genre metal, and your habit of acting like YOUR opinion is the best pretty much deem you unworthy of conversation. Metal is fast paced rock with highly distorted guitar typically masculine and aggressive vocals. other than Load, t hey are absolutely metal. sure they arent the same but they get older and try new things. and your last two sentences prove you weren't paying attention. good day!

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 St. Anger was not metal and neither was Death Magnetic. Not even. They were hard rock at best.

  • @ContraCommando I SAID GOOD DAY!!!!!

  • @ContraCommando it is metal..... mainstream, but metal

  • @ContraCommando as an add-on to my last. what is so wrong with a band changing styles? lets say a band is playing thrash and then becomes punk rock... is that wrong? maybe they felt inspired to try something new, isnt that what art is? trying something out when you want to? its an industry when a band does 1 album and keeps doing the same thing song after song for their whole career like dragonfuck. Megadeth made Risk but I hear no complaints yet as soon as Metallica tries it their crucified????

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 After black album with was extremely MAIN STREAM, Metallica wash't changing for musical directions, only for the greed to the dollar.

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 Yes indeed they are, except Lars who is a very lame drummer, by far worser than, Charlie Benante, Dave Lombardo and Nick Menza as thrashdrummers

  • @spiidy75 I am going to have to ask you to leave me your name and address if you live anywhere near Minnesota. if not then just fuck off. Acting like a dipshit you better be ready to fight. Metallica was is and always shall be a kickass band. you said worser. your another fucking annoying little prickass troll if you honestly think lars is nothing but a badass drummer.

  • @DETHFAN18ALL2 Lars is an OVERRATED MF! Come to Sweden and show yourself and I will throw you back to the states.

  • @spiidy75 he is super talented even if he comes off as a dick in a couple interviews. Megadeth, Slayer, and Anthrax's drummers are good and since you only listed big four drummers then I shall asume your a falsemetal poser or just a troll. either way fuck off or lets meet so I can kick your ass.

  • Thanks for the up...Love WASP

  • gota say i like this song better than metallica's song with the same title

  • @BarryMcClure this song has nothing to do with metallica

  • @dusted04 I never said that it did, i only mentioned that they had a song with the same title, which i found odd, and that i liked this song better. thats all.

  • @BarryMcClure okok keep ya pants on

  • No es cover de metallica,, haber si dedicamos a profundizar mas bandas el cover es a la banda LONDON

  • Esa es la realidad.

  • love it first time hearing it...:} \m/\m/ Blackie RULES ALL he touches

  • Way better than Metallica's one

  • this is an other version from the gypsy meets the boy or the gypsy meets the boy is an other version for this song?

    cous i think the first

  • @victorivan281095

its the early version of the gypsy meets the boy.. but released on the headless children re-issue 1998

  • Class music, this was a b-side on a picture disc i had back in the 80's, don't make shit like this anymore.........sadly.

  • @angelusmortis1412

yeah me too, it was the "mean Man" picture disc with Chris sittin on a bike with no wheels and a barrel of Bud in his hand ...........good old times

  • \m/ such talent.

  • Check out the LONDON version of this same song... the verses have different words, but the rest is the same (both written by Blackie)!

  • WASPQueen congrats for yet another great w.a.s.p. video.rly awsome.can't w8 for 21 november!!!

  • this song remember me "The Gypsy Meets the Boy" from The Crimson Idol...

    however, great song!

  • do you mean "reminds me?" and yes,it's one of the outtakes of this album (the crimson idol).check out "Phantoms In The Mirror" as well

  • What song (with the same name) do you like more W.A.S.P.s, Metallica's or London ?

  • @Megadavee66 metallica. Then Wasp

  • This is not a Metallica cover, it just has the same title.

Try listening to the lyrics and music instead of just hearing it next time and I'm sure you'll see an obvious difference.

  • @MAG0T Yeah, I was sitting there for like a minute and a half before I thought to myself "wtf, how is this a cover of metallica??" and checked the comments.
