@Matt311Bass Don't know man, I'm hearing those notes in the studio version - try listening to it at full volume through headphones with a good EQ highlighting the bass - trust me, it's there lol. :-)
to be honest, this lesson is a little hard to follow, but the part about the triplet using both hands helps a lot. I never would have thought to play that otherwise.
great video! i can play this perfectly now :D tabs are a little off i think. i learned better from just the video to be honest. but over all great vid.

its not double thumbing, you pop the muted d string and then the g string in quick succession to get that fast sound. watch my vid

That's good; what I do is triple finger the slap and then slap the neck with my left hand. I can't tell what P-nut does from the video though.
