I don't care who says it. Realtors are overpaid, IMO.

And your opinion that realtors are overpaid is based off of what data? How did you come to that conclusion? Are you factoring the cost of all the advertising, marketing, tools, data, travel costs, E&O insurance, communication costs, prospecting costs, etc. which realtors must first shell out before they make a dime? How about the fact that the commission gets split 4 ways between 2 brokers and their 2 agents. Oh that is BEFORE taxes, health insurance, etc. in comparison most realtors are poor.

By the way, trulia and zillow make their money to provide these tools to the public in order to stay in business from charging realtors for advertising and promotion. Then they turn and spit in their financial supporters faces by announcing realtors are over paid. This guy has a valid argument
