I have pretty much the same setup as you, same mobo GPU (but mine is ASUS), same HDD i have an i5 though, but to the point. I was thinking about SSD, but I am not sure how to work it, when you install windows on the SSD doesn't everything you save go to your SSD and not to your HDD?

Stupid, ya right. You get better gameplay, better graphics, better multiplayer, and so on. You can do much more on pc's vs console. Most people don't have the cash for pc so console's are the cheaper way. This setup here is a very good setup for cheap. Try gaming on 3 monitors at one time and tell me that console is better.

Don't know if this has come up before Bob, but from personal experience a lot of motherboards have issues running more than 12 gigs of ram; so if you get performance issues later that is a likely cause.

@smokeroorsgaming It's pretty simple, but I did have a friend help who is really good with computers. If it goes smoothly, it's super easy. The problem is when you hook everything up and it doesn't work, then it helps to have a computer pro around.

@BobLoblaw1978 if your not going to do editing you should have got a i5 2500K and spent a bit extra on a GTX 570 or getting a second 560TI 448. The i7 2600K just has hyperthreading which gives it 4 virtual cores. Games dont use it!
