does this work with skype to use your ipod touch as a phone? whenever i try to plug in my microsoft headset/mic, skype says it can't find the mic. i can hear the caller, but they can't hear me. would this mic turn it into a speaker phone?

Does it record in stereo? You can tell by recording, copying it to your computer and opening it with Audacity or MediaInfo. Thanks!

would you be able to record on here and then transfer it over to the computer and use it in windows movie maker for videos on here, like use it with dazzel dvd recorder

@RCPgaming well you can with windows movie maker, all you would have to do is send the recording to your email then download it on your computer and then convert it, cause the recorded is a mp4 and windows movie maker wont take a audio file unless its a mp3. @DirtyDaveProductions i know that, but what if you had a phone app like skype, and you wanted to plug the mic in and be able to just talk to whoever instead of having to have to unplug and plug in the mic each time your turn to talk during the convo.
