Actully the version of the Clockwork Orange is called "Ultraviolence theme" and was interpreted by Wendy Carlos (or Walter Carlos)by a syntethicer

Sorry, I don't know guitar tabbing, and i haven't the program to do anything like this. But on WIMA there is the Finale Notepad file, you might try to find a program able to convert it into tabs.
