Finding a harness he will wear without frantically trying to get out of it has been tough. I found one a few weeks ago that he may learn to tolerate. We've only been out in it once. When he's had on a few times I'll try affixing the cam again and see if we can't get a better ferret's eye view of the world.
@lloydhofer Yeah, I got my ferret about a month ago now, after a few days I put the harness on and took her out with my Rottie for walks. Yeah, at first she wriggled, but soon realised that the harness meant walks and fun, now she gets very excited when the harness comes out! Good luck with getting your stunt ferret to show us the world from a mad fuzzy point of view!!
I'm glad your ferret harness worked out for you. I did have Sage out this morning on his new harness. He wasn't able to shed it and charmed all the people he saw. Fingers crossed that he gets used to it. Subscribe or friend me and you'll be notified when I post my next attempt.
All my ferrets are a hoot. Well adjusted and secure in the environment I provide them. They love their daily playtimes out of the cage. As often as not they put themselves back in the cage when they get tired out. It's always smile time for me when they are out because they seem to so relish playing together and with me.
HI Yvette, I tried to reply to this post the day you made it but about half of my YT posts and comments have not posted or disappeared in the last 2 weeks or so. Hope this sticks.
I don't think you can make out eyelashes. Too small, but they do have marvelous whiskers, you might be detecting them.
They are zippy littles, but it's pretty much all show and play. In the 5+ years that I've owned ferrets they've never even scratched my skin with their teeth. It's all love bites, hah hah.
Ha ha......ferret cam! Brilliant!

Wow, fast and manic. Are those eyelashes at one point? Try it on the dog next.
