@MRBLACKPEARL04 What you just said is unbelievably ignorant. If you knew anything about cancer you would know that it isn't a virus or bacteria and it can't be simply spread. Due to it's nature cancer it cannot be cured without collateral damage to one's body, which is a reason most people don't survive the treatment. Genetic engineering is probably the only way the proper "cure" can be found. And if science found the way to cure it why would they let thousands of people die?
@ThisIsA1337Name cancers normally due to and mutated cell (normally from radiation) witch copies itself and holds no purpose(the tumor) and continues to grow taking up the area where working cells would grow till the organ doesn't have enough working cells to operate and this is where death normally comes in. we can now sometime kill cancer cells of if we get them all in a short radiated blast (kemo) witch kills the cancer cells(along with others hence sometimes hair loss). i completely agree.
I don't think anyone wants to mass produce clones of people, except for the Raelians but they're a bunch of morons that no one takes seriously anyway. It very well could be the answer to alot of problems. And yes there are good arguments against it, however, the "playing god," and "interfering with god's plan" arguments are not. Science cannot advance when "god" is shoved into the argument. That's the reason we didn't have stem cell research for 8 years under President Jesus was from Texas
