  • this is why workers comp employees need their faces shot off repeatedly

  • The transcription of this video; with documentation can be found in the the lower portion of the video description area, under more info. Please make sure there are no spaces in the url address when it is copied and pasted, or you will receive a; page not found. This transcription shows the documents that were given to the DOI and further validates the California DOI and the District Attorney's Fraud Units are not prosecuting employers who commit insurance and worker comp fraud.

  • Sandi, well done. I could not agree more, that injured workers are mistreated and ignored, horribly, in California. There is no advantage to losing one's ability to work, losing one's belongings and home, losing one's friends, family, and dignity, as you said. I think it is terrible how you son has been treated and what happened to him is outrageous. As an injured worker who became totally disabled from my job, after 7 years of college to train for it, I can relate to what you said. Bravo!

  • Yes, Injured workers are being abused and then thrown to the curb. Sandy Trend shows leadership in speaking out regarding the corruption of employers and insurance companies in the workers comp system and the travesty done to her son.

  • 3 minuets to talk that's not Democratic That is a bunch of control freaks ego tripping

  • Sandi, it is HIGH TIME, that the Ca. Fraud Assessment Commission is shown for what it is. The FAC that is funded by employers to support the hunting down of innocent victims that were injured by the very same employers who support the FAC- a pseudo fraud commission supported by the State of Ca. This is a direct conflict of our civil rights. The FAC is also a direct conflict of interest and unethical and that the taxpayers of Ca. have to fund some of this from their insurance premiums.

  • bravo sandi . the body language of the man on the panel is appalling he clearly could not give a stuff its that kind of coky arrogance that needs an attitude adjustment. if he were a dog who just pooped on the floor you no what id ah
