Gosh, it's just so hard to live up to Selena. I feel bad for saying that these performers aren't very good. I think we're all expecting them to be as good as Selena was and they never will be. Soraya was dying of breast cancer when she performed at this tribute. She was wearing a wig because she had lost her hair and her voice was not at it's usual strength. God bless her and Selena.  You have to wonder why God decided to take them in their prime.

That women you say doesn't hit any note is called Soraya. As Selena she also died but of cancer and all, the true latino community from around the world, felt her loss. Shé doesn't have the same of voice of Selena; it's different but not meaning she's a bad singer because she is not. This song was not meant for her voice, definateley, but that's the producers mistake, not Soraya's. I say this with much respect for you because I see you do show respect for the latino community.

Personally,it is really difficult to see her life ended the way it did.I just can't imagine what her life would be like today. How many childern would she of have? Yeah how ironic that a few years later Soraya passed away. She was figthing a battle against BREAST CANCER last year! The olny diffrence between Selena's death and Soraya's was that Soraya was giagnosed in 2006 and Selena was murdered. RIP GORGEOUS ANGELS!
