Great song! I'm working it out by ear right now and i can tell you it is going to take a very long time. It will be well worth it though..this is one of my favorites by John.
@epicmetalhead20 g'day.check out his album ''three'' there's a guitar instrumental called ''foundation''..it's really good too.Three is an amazing album all round,it did win best independent release at the ARIA awards in 2001

This guy is one of my favourite artists, only because his mind-bending guitar work. Including this piece here, which reminds me of the calm and peaceful days on a beach..
Probably his time in Fremantle, which is a very multicultural/hippy area. There's a state funded club in Fremantle called "Kulcha" where African/Aboriginal/Celtic/etc., artists perform regularly. One only has to hang out in Fremantle for a while to realise that it's a hotbed of 'alternative' thinking. I lived there for around two years, and I literally met ex-Sanyasins ("Orange people") just as readily as I met Italian immigrants and people who'd lived in India, or in communes. Weird place.
It reminds me of "the last battle" by soar. Except SOAR's not really as good

@epicmetalhead20 His original self titled album is filled with songs very similiar to this. In my opinion, his best by far.
