@ryncofy i flied once! as strange as it sounds, i was running fast, and jumped off a cliff and started to fly so fast! and a phoenix appeared, (i don't think about phoenixes that much, weird) i was flying side by side with it/him/her and i started to flew even faster, i could feel the wind, and when i woke up i could still feel the rush and i felt like i really flew! i was so happy that day, full of energy! what is really rare cause i'm always a bit depressed

Also, my husband makes a great and curious point. When you let yourself out of your body, you potentially leave your unoccupied body open to evils and negative spirits ready and waiting to take over your physical body. I would love to hear more on this!

Purely from a theoretical standpoint (sadly not from personal experience (yet)), I'd say that the possibilities in the astral plane are endless, literally. I think it would be very possible for you to just spread your soul out, like one would spray ashes, and disappear. Manifest your intention, like you always do, even down here on earth.
But if you were to reincarnate, you may not remember a thing, not feel 9001 years old.
I'd think it's possible to reincarnate as other living beings too, for example extra terrestrials.
I'm wondering though, why would you want to leave the astral realm? From the sound of it, it's a place that holds infinite possibilities. Enough to keep you entertained for a long, long time to come, don't you think?

hey, the OBE it's not the same thing that a lucid dreaming. A OBE is an Astral Projection in real time-space. In Astral projection you can be in other time-space that doesn't belongs to you, in OBE you're in the time-space that belongs to you.
If you had a lucid dream, you can say "I want to go to the Astral" and you will go, if you really want.
@shedhateem, thanks, but they are not transparent, its like a very shiny rainbows of tiny lights (0.4cm long) string, at least 100 of them moving fast. and the longer ones (4-6cm long) around 10 pcs moves slower, and a bit thicker.

Hi all. I've done countless Journeys (similar to Astral Projection) and have some things to share. It takes practice, like a muscle it gets stronger with work. Using sage on yourself, calming your mind and having an intention really helps. Be gentle with the process and focus on the good feelings. Protect yourself when you travel, add a shield around you wherever you go. Some bad news, I've discovered the angelic realm has been compromised so please be careful if you encounter these beings. @RhymLV I've learned that malevolent entities have overthrown their kingdom and are possessing Angels, even the mighty Metatron! This makes me very sad as I worked with them often and have a lot of love for them. Your discernment is the best tool you have, being scrupulous with whom you encounter. Asking them if they are authentic is also a good idea, if they react with any negativity they are false, if they explain who they are and still feel loving then they're cool! Hope this helps.
I have had numerous experiences of lucid dreaming. However, it is my experience that achieving any kind of awareness within the "dream" is usually a sign that I'll wake up soon.
Why do they have to mention flight in this? I haven't had a flight experience since my first one about four or five years ago, and they are the greatest thing in the world. Being reminded of that bliss feels like someone driving a stake in my heart.
Ive had some great adventures out of body, flying is by far the best :) and instant creation, the different dimensions are helping me in the ascension process as the vibrations rise.Definitely will check those books out. Great video :)

Iw had obe's nightly for months now, (Yes i am a new-bie) and i have not seen the string....Ever....Iw seen much else crazy shit...Dont you think its induvidual what peoples experiences??? One thing though, i can only fly so far, or so long, before everything gets pitch dark, and the i have to leave my body again. This happens over and over again. I cant figure out how to stay out of my body, without respawnig back to my body..Any help?
So, are you saying, that a PHYSICAL entity leaves your PHYSICAL body? Or does this all occour within the mind? I have had many lucid dreams but no real "astral projections" but i have been "stuck outside my body", half in and half out, paralized, which was completely distressing. I dont get the immortality thing because i perceive the 4th dimension to be a creation of the mind, which can't exist without the body. I do beleive that life is eternal, screw the universe ending one day theory.
From my experiences it's a chord only you can see and can't be harmed by others... my proof of this is me and my friends tryed to project in a group... only a couple of us actually made it but it was AWESOME first thing I did was wait for friends but they took to long so I checked out the Library... it was huge the only problem was when I picked up some books to read I couldn't read them specially cause it was in a language that doesn't exist in our world. Donald Tyson wrote a great book on this subject called "Soul Flight". It highly recommend it, it discusses the history of the practice as well as actual techniques to make it happen.
"You can fly or create a flying car, although I'm not sure why you would need it" I have done that in a semi lucid dream before. I wasn't totally aware that it was a dream (of course it was obvious after I woke up but at the time it all seemed normal) and I found (probably created but you get the idea) a bus. I was driving around for a little bit before I started to lift off the ground.
Maybe it's because we are trained in this world to associate long distance travel with vehicles.

Purely from a theoretical standpoint (sadly not from personal experience (yet)), I'd say that the possibilities in the astral plane are endless, literally. I think it would be very possible for you to just spread your soul out, like one would spray ashes, and disappear. Manifest your intention, like you always do, even down here on earth.
But if you were to reincarnate, you may not remember a thing, not feel 9001 years old.

hey, the OBE it's not the same thing that a lucid dreaming. A OBE is an Astral Projection in real time-space. In Astral projection you can be in other time-space that doesn't belongs to you, in OBE you're in the time-space that belongs to you.
If you had a lucid dream, you can say "I want to go to the Astral" and you will go, if you really want.

Hi! jordanduchnycz, So, this probably means I'm a Lucid dreamer, coz i actually remember most of my dreams, and lots of time i know when I'm dreaming, especially when i was a child. I caution people however, in getting too caught up in this. Not because it isn't possible, real, valuable,..etc, but because you can miss the point of meditation. So many New Age people have made scared spiritual things into a game & some status thing. "Oh you didn't astral travel? What did YOU do while meditating? I visited 6th dimensional Pleiadian beings. Hi all. I've done countless Journeys (similar to Astral Projection) and have some things to share. It takes practice, like a muscle it gets stronger with work. Using sage on yourself, calming your mind and having an intention really helps. Be gentle with the process and focus on the good feelings. Protect yourself when you travel, add a shield around you wherever you go. Some bad news, I've discovered the angelic realm has been compromised so please be careful if you encounter these beings. @RhymLV I've learned that malevolent entities have overthrown their kingdom and are possessing Angels, even the mighty Metatron! This makes me very sad as I worked with them often and have a lot of love for them. Your discernment is the best tool you have, being scrupulous with whom you encounter. Asking them if they are authentic is also a good idea, if they react with any negativity they are false, if they explain who they are and still feel loving then they're cool! Hope this helps.

Iw had obe's nightly for months now, (Yes i am a new-bie) and i have not seen the string....Ever....Iw seen much else crazy shit...Dont you think its induvidual what peoples experiences??? One thing though, i can only fly so far, or so long, before everything gets pitch dark, and the i have to leave my body again. This happens over and over again. So, are you saying, that a PHYSICAL entity leaves your PHYSICAL body? Or does this all occour within the mind? I have had many lucid dreams but no real "astral projections" but i have been "stuck outside my body", half in and half out, paralized, which was completely distressing. I dont get the immortality thing because i perceive the 4th dimension to be a creation of the mind, which can't exist without the body. I do beleive that life is eternal, screw the universe ending one day theory.

From my experiences it's a chord only you can see and can't be harmed by others... my proof of this is me and my friends tryed to project in a group... only a couple of us actually made it but it was AWESOME first thing I did was wait for friends but they took to long so I checked out the Library... it was huge the only problem was when I picked up some books to read I couldn't read them specially cause it was in a language that doesn't exist in our world. "You can fly or create a flying car, although I'm not sure why you would need it" I have done that in a semi lucid dream before. I wasn't totally aware that it was a dream (of course it was obvious after I woke up but at the time it all seemed normal) and I found (probably created but you get the idea) a bus. I was driving around for a little bit before I started to lift off the ground.
Maybe it's because we are trained in this world to associate long distance travel with vehicles.

There, the car was parked beneath our tree & a mother bird had kicked all of her baby birds out of her nest where they had fallen ontop of the hood of the car & roasted alive against the metal hood in the hot CA summer sun! I cried that I didn't save them in time. It did offer me proof that I had actually left my body. I haven't been able to leave my body, to my knowledge, since. But I did remote view once briefly! I have left my body 2X that I remember. Both times as a kid. First time I got "stuck" right up against the ceiling & could not turn ~ only return to my body in bed. Second time, just woke up but kept my eyes closed in bed & wanted to float out the window ~ when suddenly I did! Its a collection of ways to conduct yourself in a responsible manner according to the many many people who wrote it. Its not the word of 'God'.
