blood clots don't result in deaths, they prevent them by disallowing the loss of too much blood through minor injuries...

also, i dont believe anyone ever really claimed blood clotting was a very intelligent thing in itself, it helps an organism survive minor damage and repair it suitingly, but there isn't a whole lot of intelligence going on at a cellular level - merely chemical interactions :)

Agreed - it's amazing that organisms function so well when they're so complex - but it's far from perfect.

One DAY, "~it" will not fail. What is Intelligent is that the One who makes it work is also the One who gives it permission to fail.

Were it never meant to be perfect, we would have no ability to realize it was broken. Brokenness would be void of meaning.

Something inside you...and me says blood clots and cancer are not "good". (b/c we see they bring death). Were we to have no idea of what "good"(life/health) was meant to be, then death would be no more significant than leaves off a tree.

Illogical!

1. It is not necessary for something to break in order for us to appreciate it before it was broken.

Eg - The Solar System is not broken (the Sun is still rising every morning). But that does not make it void of meaning - still we can appreciate it's functioning.

2. You are saying it's "intelligent" because the One makes it work AND fail. Completely nonsensical - no rational reasoning whatsoever - just ad hoc reasoning to fit a pre-desired conclusion.

@mallamoozoo Actually that's quite contrary. Blood clots causing strokes and heart attacks are caused more likely by them human treating their body unhealthily rather than the human body acting on its own to hurt itself. It's true some bodies have dysfunctional blood systems and cause the same formalities but that's usually because of a problem that was inflicted upon a young child while in the womb of the mother and doesn't take place until the formality begins functioning wrong.
