I would rename this video as 'Moron's moronic guide to SSIS'; difference being, the guide is just as moron as the person expecting to learn from it. Just wanted to clarify, I expect 'moron's' to be reading my comment, too.
I'm just surprised it's uploaded by 'PragmaticWorks'. Too much draaaaaaaagging. Oh well.

Hold the ALT key and press F4 over and over again as fast as you can while singing the Snorks theme song and that should work for you...
