FINALLY figured out who this is supposed to be:

Her name was Mildred Gillars, aka Axis Sally or the Bitch of Berlin.

This is a pretty accurate impression of how her broadcast went: playing American music and saying it's the last they'll hear, and talking about the soldier's mothers, wives, and sweethearts.

This is a pretty damn good commercial for its dark tone and scary accuracy.

I like this ad, using the woman to speak like that adds an erie feel to the whole thing. The commercial is very creepy in a fun way.

If you can ever get a better quality camera, re-record this commercial! :) It is one of the best TV ads for a video game I've seen. When the woman leans back and you see the Nazi flag... I got chills the first time I saw that. :)
